Acceptable Use Policy
Spirit of this AUP
Skryx is a search tool. We want every user to use it for what it's built for — fast and relevant search. The rules below describe usages that are not acceptable.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use Skryx to index or surface:
- Content illegal under Romanian or EU law.
- Material that infringes intellectual-property rights (without authorisation).
- Explicit, violent, defamatory, or hate-promoting content.
- Sensitive personal data exposed publicly without consent.
- Malware, phishing, scams.
2. Security
- Do not attempt to access accounts that aren't yours.
- Do not run automated scans against our infrastructure.
- Do not try to evade rate limits by creating multiple accounts.
- Report vulnerabilities to security@skryx.io.
3. Abuse
- Do not use the Service for spam or mass-scraping that degrades it for others.
- Do not mistreat other users, support, or Skryx staff.
4. Consequences
AUP violations may result in suspension or termination without refund, in addition to any legal action.
